Merchandiser:
(Spring and Fall Season) Full or part time positions available.
Rambo Nursery is looking for self motivated, sales oriented people to assist in the care and merchandising of our product at local garden centers in the Atlanta area. In addition to responding to customer inquiries, duties include creating and restocking displays, Product Hydration, Purchase Orders, Special Buys, Returns, POP Inventory, Product Displays and Product Presentations, Overstock, Re-Orders, and Weekend Sales.
Seasonal work approximately 3/15-6/30 for the Spring Season
8/20-10/31 for the Fall season
This position will require lifting and weekend hours. During the busy season a merchandiser can expect to work 50-60/ hrs a week.
Master Gardeners are preferred.

Regional Merchandising Managers:
Rambo Nursery is looking for aggressive, sales oriented people who will oversee the merchandising initiatives for Atlanta area and help expand our current client base. Management and Sales experience is required.
- Responsibility for hiring and training merchandisers for stores in assigned area.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with all Client personnel
- Assist in planning the merchandising program.
- Responsible for procedural paperwork.
- Oversee the merchandising at assigned stores including fill in coverage, ongoing training and assessment, supervision and communication with merchandisers.
- Communication with key client personnel.
- Daily communication with Rambo Nursery.

Drivers:
(Spring and Fall Season)
Full time or part time seasonal positions available. Work as few as 20 or as many as 60 hours per week delivering rolling carts of product to Atlanta area Home Depot garden centers. Must have a good driving record, and be reliable & customer service oriented.

Assistant Grower
Rambo Nursery is looking for a proven assistant grower. Candidates must be highly motivated and self starters. Duties will include plant care, fertilization, pesticide treatments, and watering. We are looking for someone who can identify plant diseases and pests and can remedy any problems. Experience with Boom Irrigation systems is a plus.
Candidates having a Horticultural degree is preferred.

Sales Center Personnel
Rambo Nursery’s Sales Center is looking for motivated, sales oriented people to work inside the onsite Sales Center. We are looking for garden creative individuals to join our courteous and genuine friendly staff.
Candidate must be knowledgeable about annuals and perennials and have a knack for designing landscapes and garden containers. Retail experience is preferred.
